Every year for one week the Executive Directors of the UoC international Liaison Offices in China, India, Ghana, Egypt, and North America come to Cologne to offer facetime meetings and participate in different activities within the Division International Affairs and beyond.

Throughout the week, meetings are held for the purposes of various strategic and administrative planning. Usually, there is also a presentation of the service offers by the offices to the UoC staff and researchers.
