The IFG InitiativForum Generationenvertrag
This project was launched by UoC in cooperation with the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Köln), and seeks to train so-called senior scouts. Experienced managers and practitioners – who, after ending their successful careers, attend senior studies at UoC – work as intermediaries between academics at Cologne’s higher education institutions and the local economic community.
