Steering Committee and Control Group

The audit "Vielfalt gestalten" (Shaping Diversity) of the Stifterverband promotes a participatory strategy development process through its unique conception which includes representatives from the various departments of the university in the strategy development. This is achieved by the Steering Committee, the central body of the auditing process. Its role is to discuss and prepare central strategic decisions (e.g. for the rectorate or the senate) and to ensure the flow of information with the relevant institutions within the university.

The formal project management and coordination of the audit is the responsibility of the Control Group, which is anchored in the Rectorate for Gender Equality and Diversity and is in close contact with the subproject leaders as well as the auditor. The Control Group is also part of the Steering Committee.
